32mm vs. 53mm Printhead
The Videojet 6330 is available in two printhead widths to suit different coding requirements.
Videojet 6330 32mm TTO Printer
The 32mm printhead is suitable for applications with a narrower coding area. It can be considered when the required information consists of dates, batch numbers, short text or compact codes.
The compatible ribbon width range is 20–33mm. The maximum print area is 32mm wide by 75mm long in intermittent mode, or 32mm wide by 200mm long in continuous mode.
Videojet 6330 53mm TTO Printer
The 53mm printhead provides a wider coding area for applications that need more text, larger graphics or more complex code layouts.
The compatible ribbon width range is 20–55mm. The maximum print area is 53mm wide by 75mm long in intermittent mode, or 53mm wide by 200mm long in continuous mode.
Both versions offer 300dpi print resolution. The best choice depends on the amount of information to be printed, the available packaging space and the requirements of the production line.

Ribbon Compatibility and Consumables
