UV laser marking machine:
The reaction mechanism during UV laser processing is achieved through photochemical ablation, which relies on laser energy to break the bonds between atoms or molecules, making them small molecules vaporized and evaporated. The focusing spot is extremely small, and the processing heat affected zone is very small, so it can be used for ultra fine marking and special material marking. The UV laser marking machine mainly uses a cold light source, with a wavelength of only 355nm and a smaller focusing spot diameter. Various materials have a high absorption rate of UV light, and their thermal influence is also small (negligible), so their marking effect needs to be more exquisite and refined. The minimum spot of the UV laser after focusing can reach 10UM, and the processing heat affected zone is small. Therefore, it can be used for ultra fine marking and special material marking, especially suitable for food and pharmaceutical packaging materials marking, micro hole marking, high-speed division of glass materials, and complex graphics for silicon wafers and other application fields.
