Desktop Positioning Round Bottle Labeling Machine: Wrap-Around and Front-and-Back Labeling for Cylindrical Containers

Time : 2026-07-28 Hits : 0

Round bottles present a specific labeling challenge that flat-surface machines cannot solve: the label needs to wrap around a curved surface, and if the bottle has a front and back label, both must align precisely without rotation drift. This desktop positioning round bottle labeling machine is built specifically for that task, offering three labeling modes — full wrap-around, front-and-back, and fixed-point circumferential placement — on standable cylindrical containers with diameters from 25 to 100 mm and heights up to 300 mm.

The machine operates at 15 to 50 pieces per minute depending on label size and bottle dimensions, placing it in the small to medium throughput range suitable for batch production rather than high-speed continuous lines. Labeling accuracy is rated at ±1 mm, which is adequate for standard product identification — batch codes, ingredients, branding — on PET cans, condiment bottles, seasoning containers, and beverage bottles. The label size range covers 20 to 285 mm in length and 20 to 160 mm in width, accommodating narrow wrap-around strips as well as larger front-and-back label pairs. The spec notes bubble-free application as a design characteristic, which matters for transparent or glossy bottles where trapped air under the label would be visible on retail shelves.

The machine runs on a 220V 50Hz supply with 0.8 MPa pneumatic pressure, meaning it requires a compressed air connection — it is not a purely electric device. The overall footprint measures approximately 1200 by 1080 by 950 mm, a desktop-format size that fits on a workbench rather than occupying floor space. The stainless steel frame sits on four adjustable leveling feet. The control panel includes a digital display for parameter setting, a green start button, a red emergency stop, and two smaller setting panels for fine-tuning the labeling heads. The labeling assembly above the conveyor uses blue and silver pneumatic cylinders with manual adjustment knobs to position the label feed and application rollers.

This machine is suited to small-scale food and beverage producers, condiment bottlers, and contract packagers who run round bottles in modest quantities and need labeling consistency without investing in a full inline high-speed system. The desktop form factor and straightforward pneumatic-mechanical design also make it practical for facilities where floor space is limited and equipment needs to be operator-attended rather than fully automated.
