Operating principles
The installation work must be completed b y t rained s taff. I f the customer installs b y himself, he must obtain authorization. P lease observe a l l relevant safety operation procedures, otherwise the guarantee rights may be lost.
1, It is recommended that the main power sock e t be installed within 3.0 meters of the coding machine for easy operation;
2 , Always remember to disconnect the power supply of the equipment and unplug it from the main power supply before maintenance;
3 , When supplying power to the printer, don' t p ut other parts into the contact between the print head and the printing pad or rubber roller, because the equipment may suddenly rotate without prior warning, which may lead to the danger of bumping;
4 , Do not operate the equipment without opening any cover plates. When using, a ll cover plates must be screwed in place with a corresponding number of screws, and a l l unused joints must be properly protected;
5 , Ensure that all reasonable safety precautions have been taken, and be careful when using or working near the equipment to avoid possible injuries. Always treat the equipment with care to ensure that it does not rotate, shift or tip over, especially when operating the equipment in an environment with wet floors or greasy dirt;
6 , If you are not using consumables, it is recommended to consider using antistatic products. cannot ensure the safety or applicability of printing with non- consumables;
7 , Beware of the accidental failure of the circuit started b y accident, or the error signal driving the encoder, so as to avoid personal injury;
8 , Do not use a separate device handle to carry the printed body, and be sure to hold the printed body with both hands;
9 , Fo r safety reasons, there is a danger warning label on the back of the control box of the coding machine ( see description in 1.3). P lease do not omit it o r tear it off;
10 , Before powering on, please check the actual voltage input value, which must be consistent with the equipment, otherwise it will cause equipment damage or electrical failure endangering personal safety;
