Working Principle & Operation:

  • Material Preparation & Container Loading:

Manually or automatically load empty containers (bottles, pails, jerrycans) onto the infeed conveyor.

  • Tare & Calibration:

The system automatically performs tare calibration at the start of each batch, then uses the stored fill weight recipe (5–50 kg).

  • Dual-Speed Filling Sequence:

Fast Fill Stage: Servo valves open for rapid bulk transfer.

Slow Fill Stage: Valve switches to slow flow to fine-tune weight to within ±0.1%.

  • Real-Time Weighing Feedback:

Load cells continuously relay current weight to the PLC, which modulates valve position to achieve precise final weight.

  • Nozzle Retraction & Drip Prevention:

After reaching target weight, the nozzle lifts automatically, preventing dripping. An optional air blow-off will purge residual liquid.
